skin change ?? (pics included)

so my beardie was having problems with dehydration, therefore wasnt pooping for a while, but after lots of baths and massaging he finally pooped, but the past few days, ive noticed his skin on and around his chin has completely changed texture and colour, its as if its like (you know when you dip your finger in a candle, and the wax sticks to your finger?) his chin looks like that has happend ( it obviously hasnt.. but thats the only way i can describe it) its like his scales are all flat, when i move his beard that scales don't move. ill add pics. and he has developed a pure white spot of skin on his head, that was never there before:s none of it looks like shedding, its like hes got a new layer of skin on top of his normal skin. i know what shedding looks like and i have no idea what this is

I couldn't open your old images, but I was able to see the new ones with a little computer magic. The top of the head - I'm not sure. The chin is DEFINITELY just an uneven shed. Nothing to worry about. As they get bigger, sometimes they shed in patches. His chin is fine.

okay cool, it just looks alitlle strange as usually when he sheds i can tell its a shed as its like you can see a difference where as his skin is just completely changed colour, :s its been like it for maybe about a week?, his head is as if hes just developed a white dot on his head, its abit strange only noticed it this morning.

Oh yeah, I wouldn't worry - both the top of his head and his chin look like they are going to shed.
