Silverfish in enclosure

I was cleaning out one of my tanks today and found that it has loads of silverfish inside of all different sizes, leading me to believe they are surviving and breeding in there. Is this something to be concerned about or are they not harmful to beardies? I have cleaned them all out as well as I can but if there are eggs or more return in future, I am wondering whether this is an issue or not.
I have seen this posted elsewhere in the past and the responses tended to say that they weren't a problem for bearded dragons but I am just trying to make sure.

Is this something I need to be worried about?

Thanks so much for any help

I don't think Silverfish would pose a problem for a dragon. It's a good idea to clean everything out thoroughly and sanitize the surfaces with steam/heat/veterinary disinfectant though. I think Silverfish are mostly harmless aside from them eating paper/books, clothing, or food that is left out.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
