When i signed i also brought up the fact that its not only the beardies that arent being taken care of properly. I have yet to see a healthy leopard gecko there with a thick tail and not on the brink of death.

I was more than happy to sign this. I have had horrible experience with my babies that I bought from Pet-smart and Petco here is way worse. I will buy my next one from a breeder

Update everyone:

The petition only has a few dozen signers so far, but many of you left great comments to drive home the point. I've decided to forward the petition to Petco now. People can still sign it, and hopefully the number will continue to rise as Petco's customer service department employees see it (assuming someone at customer service at their corporate headquarters does indeed LOOK at it). Thanks again everyone who signed and commented. Together, maybe we can shake this tree.

UPDATE- A customer relations manager at Petco's home office has assured me that "upper management" is being contacted and shown the petition. SIGN IF YOU HAVEN"T already, and there's a chance we can kickstart reform at Petco instead of just complaining about it to each other. Feel free to leave a comment as well, that helps.
