Sickos trying to sell crippled baby Beardies

Someone on my local classifieds website is trying to sell these poor little babies:

There are 12 babies in total.

Wish I could save them.

I contacted them myself, they claim the babies are totally healthy.

You might point out to them that healthy babies [ with no nips or mutilation ] sell for less than that , and that the orange leatherback is very common, not rare at all.

I messaged them about how to take proper care etc and they messaged me back

"There in a 10 gallon i have no other tank right now to put them in thats why im tring to sell them as fast as posible there on paper and only eat romans and they already have a heat lamp at all times"

I answered them back and mentioned the importance of a correct uvb light and gave them the link to the beautifuldragon site so they can at least offer nutrious food.

And yes I told them that theyd probably sell HEALTHY beardies a lot easier.

Wow, extremely overpriced.

This is also a perfect example of why you don't house multiple beardies in the same cage,
even hatchlings. And especially not 6 of them in a 10 gallon

UNBELIEVABLE! They just answered me back totally snody "I know how to feed my dragons.Thank you.I dont need help with them I need homes."

That makes me so incredible angry cause obviously they have NO clue how to take proper care of them. They only feed romaine lettuce & I told them that this isnt nutrious at all and I gave them the link so they can at least feed them right.But no.. poor little things

That is SO sick! They aren't being fed properly, so they are essentially eating each other Poor little things :..(

Personally, I'm going to look into who to report this to in Canada. I hope someone can put a stop to this person and save those poor bearded dragons.

I got the same type of reply from this person. They are adamant that their babies are totally healthy and fine.

You should make your own search before talking to me like that its called nipsters and for your info hes perfectly normal with or without his leg infect hes one of the healthiest of them so go **** your self even a disabled pet deserves a home and a good one! Have you ever raised a cluch wouldent think so he has no problem climing and walking theres no reason to act like a ass im just looking for homes for them.

You know, I just want to butt in and say that this person's grammar is ridiculous. Plus, you can clearly see the sorrow in those dragons. Most dragon pictures I see, you can clearly see a wide smile (or happy eyes). But in those pictures the dragons look miserable. I hope the SPCA can help. Although, I have heard stories of them not helping at all because dragons don't qualify as pets. I think that is what I heard, I could be very wrong, I just read it off somewhere on this site, like somebody's post. I hope those poor dragons get a good home. And I mean all of the dragons, even the sad looking adults.
