Sick.?

My 5 year old was diagnosed with adenovirus infection. (I think adenovirus 7, specifically) and is on day three, she's been sick since Sunday. And I'm worried Toothless can get it. Can it be passed.? I'm finding conflicting information online. She's the only one in the house who's had symptoms, but you know how stuff like that works. He isn't showing any symptoms, either. Aside from being weird and staring at the tank background nose pressed against the glass.

If it can be, what can I do to lower the chance of him getting it.?

Yes it is extremely contagious as far as i know. Absolutely quarantine the sick one, wash your hands everytime you handle that on or any if its stuff. If you have it out change clothing before you handle Toothless. Sanitize, sanitize, sanitize. Treat it like covid or hiv in people.

Really because I came across an article that said humans get a novel strain while animals get a different one.? Do you happen to know of any links or articles.?
