sick or shedding?

we had just gotten our younger beardie heisenberg back from the vet about a week ago. he had issues with a vitamin deficiency when we got him. when we got him back he had shed on his legs but not his body. now he seems to only want to eat his veggies and only when he's ready. he won't touch crickets or anything else but his salads. now my question is this his body is much paler of a shade than usual for the past few days. been giving him baths regularly because i was thinking that possibly he was just dehydrated. but the skin isn't coming loose or shedding off in any way. he's showing all the signs of shedding so i think that i'm just being manic about this but since you have all been so helpful thus far i figured that i would ask the opinion of the people before contacting my vet again. i even threw in some dusted waxworms hoping he would eat them up. i know they spend a lot of energy shedding and what not. any ideas?

My first thought is a shed too. Is his beard black, or is it a normal light color? Black beard and pale body usually indicates a problem. If his beard is light, then it's likely OK. Can you post a photo of him?
