Sick beardie.

Symptoms:

very lethargic (not moving or looking around at all)
No appetite (She normally goes CRAZY for locust but she didnt bat and eye lid when I tried to feed her)
Runny poop

My hot side temp is 25.5
Cool side is 20

Im using a reptisun 10.0 UVB light


My bearded dragon has never been sick before, nothing has changed in his environment nor has his diet (locust, veg and vitamin supplement)

Do I need to take her to a vet or is this a minor thing?

If I am calculating those temps to Fahrenheit correctly, then those temps are way too cool.
Basking spot should be around 100-105 F and cool end should be around 78-80 Fahrenheit.
