Sick Beardie not Pooping

Clifford was in the hospital Friday night with dehydration, and was given antibiotics. His tummy was totally empty.
Saturday, Sunday, and Monday I fed him butternut squash baby food with some pedialyte, gave him a bath and a couple droppers of water every day. His tummy is full, but he isn't pooping at all.
I know he isn't impacted because he hasn't had any worms since his last poop. He stopped eating for two days after that, so all he has n his system is water and baby food. (He is still showing no interest in worms). Can anyone think of why he may not be pooping?
If I can avoid another vet visit that would be great.

PS Checked his lights last night and everything is up to par.

Have you tried a nice warm (human baby warm) bath?

It helps with hydration and also tends to help relax things
enough for a bm to occur.

I have, I'll check the temperature though, that might help.
I'm always a little worried I'll make him too hot. Cooked beardie! Lol. Thanks.

Baths did not help Is it possible that because it's baby food, he just isn't getting enough to pass a BM? I'm gonna try and feed him more today and see if he wants solid apple this morning.

UPDATE: He finally did go, had to scrub, sanitize, boil, and bake every inch of his cage. He now seems sooooo relaxed
