If he's not eating much , I still suggest you visit a good vet at least to buy some :

To make up as slurries and administer orally by syringe.
and to get some dietary calcium and vitamins into him some CalciVet liquid supplement wont hurt - see
http://vetafarm.com.au/product/calcivet/ is a very sweet tasting viscous liquid that you administer orally by eyedropper or by syringe (and you need to dose by the reptiles body mass).
Can add to water for those reptiles who will drink from a water dish (beardies are notorious for not really being great drinkers).
I really think he needs to be assessed by a good reptile vet to find out what is probably causing him to be so ill. I'm worried that he a some kind of serious systemic infection that is making him feel wretched and not interested in eating, and will need a course of antibiotics to get under control.
Also , keep in mind that reptiles have extremely slow metabolisms so they heal very slowly and it takes a long time to come good from illnesses.
I'd stop offering mealworms (if he's impacted they will not help). Can you find someone who has live silkworms ? They are very soft and extremely nutritious as a prey insect and he may be very happy to eat them.
If he's impacted , offering solid food for now is not a good idea . Best to offer very sloppy slurries made from the products I've listed or similar.
