Should I be worried?

This came out of our male bearded dragon's vent. Any clue what it is? Should we take him to the vet? He's got another one that I was unable to get out in the tail end of his vent. It just kind of crumbled where I could get at it. There's no blood, the one in the picture was covered in what seemed like mucus.

It looks like possibly a hemipenal plug or maybe an odd poop. I think it should be OK as long as it works free.

Yea the first one came out easily, only issue is the second one is a bit more stuck and is breaking apart as I try to get at it. I'm worried that if I continue too much that I won't be able to grab at it anymore.

Try giving him a soak in some warm water and see if that helps to loosen it up a bit.

Well it turned out he didn't make it. Bit late to reply on this one. XD He passed a week or so ago.
