I have just started my colony about a month ago. I have only one beardie and everyone says that they get outa control within a year or so. So I figured I would just sell some off when that point comes.... So how do I go about packing and shipping dubia?

I use a large plastic butter tub with screen on the lid for venting. Fill it with some egg crate, add a slice of potato, add roaches, tape lid down to prevent accidental escape. Pack into small box, make sure to pad with crumpled newspaper so the tub doesn't bounce around. Poke a few holes in the box. Label LIVE FEEDERS and ship USPS, if they happen to ask what kind of feeders I always say crickets since some people have ew factor about roaches.

I just shipped some out and it was very simple. I actually used a reptiworm container I had and put 1/4 of a paper towel roll cut in half in the cup.. I sent 100+ small dubia.. then just put that in a flat rate USPS box... and they were there in 2 days... If you are shipping in cold weather, you will definately want to get a couple heat packs though.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
