Just curious, when you feed your beardies, do thier eyes dialate intensly as the decide where to start? Sometimes our girl will do this, then hesitate and looks around the bowl for about 5 seconds deciding where to start. You would think the lettuce is crack or somthing.

Beardies have a hard time focusing on obects right in frount of their face, in order to focus they have to look sidways with on eye, so she is prolly just trying to focus on the food dish. You might notice if she is looking at you it is with one side of her head rather than streight on. Their puplies will dialate tryign to focus if they are trying to view something head on.
