Shedding

Our dragon recently had his first shed, and I was wondering how you can tell if his tail has shed too. His body looks darker then his tail in color and I have read about there tail skin sometimes causing constriction of blood flow and I would like to make sure he's ok. The other thing I noticed is that when he basks on his log he kind of lets his legs just hang there. He's walking normally. My husband says he always let his legs hang like that which I don't recall.

Looks to me like he might be shedding his tail now, did he just shed his body or was it tail and other limbs as well ? I know mine will normally shed his body then limbs and not as often his head all separate but after on another.

I think the shed becoming a problem with constricting blood flow and ending up with parts of the tail/toes fallen off is normally around the very end of the tail/toes but I'm not 100% sure on that someone else would be better answering.

As for the legs hanging out I think it's normal my guy is always stretching out his rear legs in strange positions or holding on to his logs with his front legs and letting his back legs dangle.

No problem, if you are still worried about shedding and his tail do a search on this website and you will see many other threads that you can compare with and find others asking the same thing, I posted some myself first time my beardie started shedding near his mouth as I panicked thinking it might be something else.
