Our little guy is shedding!! And eating!! OK, still eating from a syringe, but he IS eating!!
So, from what we can gather (from paperwork, etc.), our little buddy is about 3 months old. From snout to the tip of his tail, he measures about 6 inches... his growth is pretty stunted. I try keeping him clean, but with about 4 feeding sessions per day it's tough!! I'm guessing his tummy shrank in the 2 months he was being treated, so he can't eat much at one time, but he's working on it. He runs to us for the syringe, and seems OK with letting us wipe his chin. He LOVES baths.
He seems to be losing his skin in pretty decent sheets, which surprises me... I didn't think this would go well at all. His face, around the eyes, had no issues shedding, and his toes had no issues either. The tail worries me a bit, because there seems to be an old injury there. We're headed to the vet this weekend for a check-up, so we can go over the tail and eating then.
