Shedding help QUICK!

hey my bearded dragon is shedding all of her skin off to make room for a new coat i guess, but she is shedding everywhere on her except her tail everywhere else i can see the old sking comming off in one big piece.
So i guess i am just wondering is this anything to be concerned about i have never seen this much shedding at one time and should i do anything to help her? plz help

Give her a warm bath, it will help the loose skin fall off. The rest of her will shed in time, no worries
