My girl is flat out refusing to eat. Greens, that’s normal, but bugs No!
Before I’m asked all her husbandry is fine. I’ve checked everything 3 time, crossed all my t’s, dotted alll my I’s and flossed!
So, nothing has changed in her in closure. She gets water regularly; baths, same. Just finishing up a shed. Basks, does everything a good girl should do, except eat. The last she ate was early last week. In desperation, I put her favorite wax worms on the floor with her. She likes to chase them down and eat them. I gave her six, but she wouldn’t run for them. I needed to put them closer to her for her to eat them.
The last poops she had were normal, formed, low order ones. I know the look and odor of unhealthy poo.
I could take her to the vet, but honestly, he’s run every test on her; blood, X-ray, sonogram, you name it, she’s probably had it.
So, anyone got a clue? I’ve even wondered about brumation, but she isn’t hiding to go to sleep. So, any helpful insights would be welcome. Thanks!
