Oh my, that's terrible for all involved ! Keep him under your jacket next to your body, your body heat will keep him very warm. If he has trouble breathing and it's feasible to get him to a reptile vet you mightdo that but I'm sure everything is super hectic right now. Do you have a friend or relative to take him to ? If they have a large plastic storage tote [ or you can get one at Walmart, Dollar store, Lowe's ] you can set up a temp. cage . If you need to get lights , [ at the same stores ] just buy an aluminum dome fixture and a halogen bulb to hang over the side of the plastic tote. That will give him heat and room to move around. A rolled up towel in his tank will do for basking until you can get something else.
What do you have access to ?
