Sera Raffy Vital Pellets- Is this safe?

I was at the petship in SM Cebu today and found this for sale, its like dog food but for reptiles. They also even have a special one for lizard and turtles as well.

When I googled it, I only found this site:

Then I looked at the container and I found that they have a website:

I don't know. I have something similar that's formulated just for dragons. Gibby doesn't like it. Since it's just for herbivores, you'd still have to buy live feeders, and for me, anyhow, that's the expensive part. I'd rather buy fresh veggies I know are good for them than something that might not be.
