For the past month and a half my dragon has been eating less and sleeping more that usual. I know this time of year a lot of dragons start to brumate, but I don't think he is brumating.
During the day, he is awake and alert. He moves around and and basks. He does glass dance for a few minutes. When that happens I let him out and roam for about 20 minutes. He gets a bath every 2-3 days for 15-20 minutes each time or until he has had enough and wants out.
He has not had too much of an appetite though. He will nibble on some greens here and there. He will eat a few crickets if placed in front of him, but not as many as usual and doesn't hunt them. He has lost around 30 grams of weight in the past 6 weeks, but he is still 500+ grams so I am not too worried.
As far at tank temps go, the hot side is 95-105 and the cold side is in the 80s during the day and 70s at night.
I want to do a fecal test but little eating means little poop every few days.
Does this sound right for a seasonal slow down or could it be something else?
