sealant for fake rock

hey all
i know im supose to use non-toxic sealant when sealing fake rock decor but i have been given a tub of this stuff http://www.decoratingdirect.co.uk/viewprod/r/RATEGC/ and i was wondering if it was anygood? it doesnt say non-toxic on it but it doesnt say that it is either. it does however say that it is water-borne does this mean its safe? my mate belives it to be ok hes the one to give it to me(hes a builder with lots of the stuff hanging round) your response would be appriciated.
just wanna get these projects finished!!!

Sorry I can't help with the stuff you've got. Just Thaught I'd show you this website that I've found in the U.K that sells MOD PODGE

This is the stuff everyone else seems to use and im going to order mine on Monday. The stuff you have may well be fine, but I couldnt tell you for sure.
