Scratching and running

I have a beardie, I'm not quite sure how old she is because we got her from Petsmart. Shes quite large in length around 20in or so id say, and I currently have her in a 20-gallon tank. I'm getting a new 55 Gallon tank for her this Saturday though. Recently though she's been kind of freaking out and running around her tank, shes been scratching at the glass and kicking her food out of her bowl and rubbing her nose up on the glass. Is this because she needs more space or something else that i'm doing wrong? she literally wont sit still for a minute.

Hi. I'm sure that being in a small tank is part of the problem. Also might be gravid or it could be hormones. Can you take her out and let her run around?Temps

I take her out and let her run around my bed sometimes when I'm doing my homework and sometimes that calms her down but other times as soon as I put her back she goes back to scratching and stuff. But sometimes she just goes to sleep after I put her back. We just got her a 55-gallon tank and we should be setting her up soon in it, hopefully, it'll help. Her temps stay at 95-105 during the day and about 80-85 during the night.

Do you have a light on her at night? Her night time temps are too hot. 70 at night is good. Beardies like it cool at night and dark.

I have a ceramic heat lamp in there at night so there is no light it's just dark, I keep it in there because my house is kept too cool for her and since winter just ended we have harsh winters where I live so it was keeping her warm.
