Salad mix

We just bought some MANNS SUNNY SHORES rainbow salad and i wanted to see if we could give it 2 Binks, it was originally bought for my mother but we thought we could use some. it includes....
broclie hearts
cauliflower hearts
and red cabbage
all shredded. would these be a good meal for my beardie? with added vitamins of course.

Umm Im not an expert BUT i have read about broccoli (so i guess cauliflower too) having little benificicial nutritional value for Beardies.Im not sure about red cabbage but i havent heard about it being used for beardie salad sooooooo...Anyways i think u should just do what u normally do. hope this helps
