Hi everyone!
just got our first beardie a few days ago :)

I have live plants in my fish tank and really like the feel they give and want to do something similar - ish in Toothless's house.

What live plants are safe for me to grow trailing over the back wall? I expect him to munch on them once in a while, so it needs to be safe for him to eat...

I've Google and compiled this list, are all of these okay for him to much on? Leaves, stems, and flowers/buds/seed pods are all a consideration

Nasturtium
Jasmine
Honeysuckle
Passionflower
Petunia
Calendula (don't think this will trail very well though...)
Lilac

Also ferns:
Nephrolepis exaltata bostoniensis (Boston Fern)
Adiantum pedatum (Maiden hair fern)

Edit:
Cacti:
Hen and chicks (seen them mentioned around a lot as safe...)
Christmas cacti?
Aloe (??)
Jade plant (seen it listed as both toxic and listed as a treat...)

Have you looked into stonecrop sedum? They are a trailing succulent that I've seen listed as edible. Snow Peas are vining and edible.

I'd be interested to know if nastertiums are ok as well. I grow them in the yard for my own salad.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
