Hey all. Didn't want to put this in ER, as I don't think it's an emergency, but Kalec has had some runny stool for the last day or two. She normally goes once a day, and has yet to miss a day, so I don't think she could be impacted. The poos are almost a liquid brown with small urates and fairly watery.
Little bit of background for Kalec:
-Nose to tail tip around 8-10 inches
-Unsure of age, probably 3-4 months (unsure of gender, we get mixed opinions!)
-She just came out of a full body shed and only has her head left.
-Fed twice daily as many medium crickets as she will eat in 10 min. Used to be Phoenix Worms, but the shop has been out lately. She also eats a small salad of mustard greens, summer squash, and occasionally red bell pepper and sometimes carrots. Crickets dusted in the am as well as salad. Vitamins given on Thursdays and Mondays.
-Currently using Solar Glo MVB (16 inches away). I have ordered the ReptiSun 10.0 tube, but hasn't arrived due to Labor Day.
-Temps are 105.3 F basking spot, 82.6 F cool side.
-40 gallon Zilla breeder tank
-Bathed every other day, 10 minute soak. When she is shedding she gets a bath every day.
If I forgot anything important, just ask. I know with dogs, they can get runny stools when the food is switched too quickly. Could that have happened to Kalec? She was on Phoenix Worms until about a week ago when I had to swap to crickets.
