Rule of thumb?

I was wondering if anyone as a general rule of how long they can keep their beardie out of the viv when the house is chilly. Our house stays around 68 degrees in the winter so I have only been keeping Zelda out for about 1/2 an hour at a time unless she is covered on my chest. But she wants to ride on my shoulders more and more and is getting increasingly agitated at me when I put her back (grasping and clawing to stay on and puffing up at me). So is there like a general rule of thumb that people use?

I have a floor lamp that has an adjustable almost desk lamp kind of light that I shine on a ferret bed from petsmart as a "basking spot" that my girl knows where to go to get warm, but since she's out of her UVB, I usually don't let her be out for more than a total of 2-3 hours a day, sometimes all at once or sometimes for an hour or so, and her timers are on for 14 hrs a day, so she still gets at least 10 hrs of UVB. That's my general rule of thumb, but the longer you keep her warm outside of the tank, the longer you can have her out as long as she gets at least 10 hrs of UVB. I've heard a lot of people that setup basking spots an their dragons know to get on them. Some even have a mercury vapor bulb so even when their out their getting their UVB, and can stay out for a much longer period of time. I haven't invested in one of these yet, but definetly plan to as my little ones are growing! :)
I've even seen people have sleepovers with theirs. Now I would love to do that, I would be a nervous wreck all night and probably not even sleep! Lol!

burrito her up and carry her around. Put her back in under the light when she starts to get stress marks, then take her out again when they go away :) Franklin also spends a lot of time out of his viv just goes back under the light when he starts getting cold

I'm guilty, I have had Buddy out all night. We have a cat bed/box that I keep a fleece blanket in. Some nights he sleeps in my room with me in that, in the morning I put him back. The house is set to stay around 70 all night, But I'm sure it does get colder.
I know it's not too smart but I seem to think he likes it. He even knows that the cat box is his bed. He'll go in it all the time to sleep or just chill.

But when I have him outside the tank, it's usually only for an hour or so at a time. Unless he's on me, then it's whenever he's cold to my touch.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
