Rubbing

Hey guys quick question i havint had my beardie long enough to
see him go through a shed so i was wondering,he was just
rubbing his head on his log really hard,does this mean hes starting
to shed because his tail has also turned white like its going to shed
also.if you have any input that would be great thanks!!!

Head rubbing is a typical behavior before and during a shed. Give him a bath every 2 to 3 days and mist once or twice a day in between. This will help him shed. He may get a little cranky and won't eat as much. Also, his shed could happen at different times for different parts of the body (ie: my guy sheds his head and body then 2 weeks later shed his legs and tail). Interesting stuff.
