Rubbing nose, does this mean breathing issues?

My beardie has been running his nose on the ground the last few days. I googled what this can mean and many people have said its shed stuck INSIDE his nose and to apply warm water to his nose with a cue tip, after doing this i can hear his breather much better, it wasnt a bad breathing though it was almost a big sigh as if to say "yay i can breathe" be had clear breathing for about 30 seconds then went back to normal. Is this normal for them to rub their noses on the ground (he is not shedding) or am i worrying about it too much.

He's got an itchy nose, provide some hard rough surfaces and he'll deal with if he can't shift the source of the itchies by scratching with his hind claws or front claws.

Thank you very much for the fast reply, i tend to automatically think the worst when something is different with pets. I have made a post about this before so thank you for helping me. I thought he had URI but after searching for symptoms he doesn't have any mucus and his breathing is steady so i think that settles it haha. Once again thank you very much
