room light question

i was just wondering, i usually dim the lights in my room in the evening, around 5 or 6, but my beardies lights dont turn off until 9, i was just wondering if turing the room lights down would stress him, since his lights are brighter than the room, which means he cant see out very well, just wondering if i should keep the lights on until he goes off, any opinions

That's perfectly fine. It actually kinda simulates sunset. Some people do that on purpose with lights in their tanks, myself included.
