well i was hoping to have been able to give yall an update by now, but DORKO me didnt check my email, my order was 11 bucks short to ship out ... so i sent in the 11 bucks thru paypal to him, which upped the order by like 50 or 100 more nymphs i THINK ... anyhow they should be here by the end of the week.

i was SO ready .... i have to KEEP being ready now .... GAME FACE .... bring. it. on.

Carnivorouszoo im not honesty sure if the were turkistans the first time ... i thought they were the blactipa dubia b/c my previous shipment that i have been talkin about was from TheRoachGuy ... and that is what he sells. but yeah, they were seriously fast!!! *shiver* IDK, i ordered from Ian over at The Roach Ranch this time, b.c he did have the extra small nymphs in stock. baby steps, baby steps ... lol.

Jess ohhhhhhhhhh and i loved that video of Dudley and the Dubia ... like mr. beauty and the dubia beast, or the other wayt around if you think roaches are the cute ones ... teehee!!!!

thanks ALLLLLLLL yall for the encouragment AND the funny stories .... i dont feel so alone now in my dubia journey!!!! and im TOTALLY down for a Tri-State Beardie Fest my fellow tri-sate east coasters!! that would be killer!

SUCCESS!! wow. i did it. i would have paid to be a fly on the wall during that whole ordeal. i was talking out loud to myself the enitre time ... i ended up ordering roaches from a different seller, and thank god these came in a container and not just running around the box i was TERRIFIED to open that box. but ... they were in a tall container with eggcrates and they were a little bigger than i thought BUT i shooke some into her bowl, and then by the end of the eating session i actually touched them :shock: and put a few more into her dish. she LOVED them!!!

i did it!! yes i had 50 panic attacks first, and during, but in the end ... thank god, i feel SO much better and i lived. and she looked HAPPY man she loved those things!!! sooooooo i need to get more or start a colony. i literally just finished feeding her and came online to say THANK YOU ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL sooooooo much for the replies!!!!!!!! i seriously mean it!!! thank you!

LOL!!! i know ... and THANK YOU!!! i am slowly conquering the small nymphs. and yessssss i know the others are whole different story .... but i get creepy crawly too!!! its so funny how worms are nothing to me but these are. all in the mind, all in the mind. thank you so much!!! i will get in touch with you if you dont mind if i "upgrade" lol. i got a little bit of a mix ... some are super small and some are looking about 1/2 inch .... its a process eh?
