Roach colony, advise please!

I think I want to start a Roach colony. I am reading a little bit about the care, and it doesn’t seem difficult or high maintenance. My only concern is I will be leaving for 3 weeks in June. Could the roaches survive if I leave enough food? I would offer water in the water dispenser with a paper towel in the dish portion so they cant drown.

yeah they should be fine unless you have some crazy amount. a good sized dish full of food and some water crystals would be fine.
