Rex and female

I adopted Rex (lighter color) a month before the female. He is doing great but the female was rescued from a 10 gallon tank, sharing it with a male and 3 juveniles, and improper lighting. She was severly malnutritioned, had MBD, and barely, moved. Not much could be done for her. The vet recommended an appetite stimulant but after a few days she passed away. Just a reminder to prospective beardie owners to know how to take care of your dragon (or any pet) before you get in over your head.

So sorry for you loss, poor baby beardie..............shame on the person who had a male and 3 juvies in a 10 gallon tank. Were you able to educated them?
