resued from a bad pet shop *new pics*..Nova

While talking to a friend on the phone who was hanging out at a pet shop getting crix for his dragons he told me about a juvi dragon he had seen twice in the same month without uvb. After hearing that he had been without uvb for so long i jumpped in the car (still on the phine with my friend lol), and headed to the nerest pet suply shop to pick up dishes, food, and lights. after looking around for about 10 mins i had to settle on exo-terra 10.0 compact since it was all they had .
Back in the car and on my way to the place where the beardie was being abused. I arrived, and bought the dragon after a quick argument with the owner of the shop about the "conditions" of his animals. headed home and typed this up while setting stuff up pics will be coming soon!!!

he will be my first beardie...be ready for a butload of questions and advice...i want to give him the best home he could have.
he doesent like the cell phone camera or my beard he tried eating it... *sigh* might have to shave it

(I have a button somewhere that somebody gave me that says, "I may not be smart, but I can poop big" :lol: maybe they should make one for beardies that says I may be small but I can poop big! :lol: )

First bit of advice from me though. Ditch the compact UVB light if it is a coil type bulb.

i ditched the exo-terra crappy bulb and picked up repti-sun 10 or w/e that zoo med tube is
$50 petco .....sigh when the time comes to replace it i'll whip out the credit card and hit up lllreptile.com for the $19 bulbs lol
the coil bulb was just to get him under some kind of uvb till i could get to the far side of town to pick up the repti-sun

named him Nova.... couldent think of anything till today.
