Reptocal ?

Hi I was given Reptocal with my new beardie , does anyone else use this?
It does have d3 and wasn't sure how often it should be used? I don't wanna give him too much. He eats a salad every day and had a tiny bit of reptocal put on yesterday and today. Will he be good for the week? He has crickets that he eats also and their quencher has calcium in it.

If you mean Rep-Cal, then yes I do. It seems fine and I've actually read from a few sites that it's what a lot of people use.

I was told not to put it on his live food cause they are fed calcium. Have you ever put it on their salad?

Harley doesn't like salad really since she's only a little over 2 months old. She eats a few pieces when I hand feed em to her but yes I do the "shake and bake" method with her dubias. I don't dust reptiworms since they are loaded with calcium naturally. Btw the "shake and bake" method is using a ziplock bag with some repcal in it and then toss a few bugs in and shake it all up. But if your beardie is old enough to eat salad regularly, then it's fine to dust the salad.

My beardie eats his salad right away he absolutely loves it! Does petsmart have the reptiworms?

Um, not sure if they do. Reptiworms, Phoenix worms, Calciworms are all the same thing(Black Soldier fly larvae) so you can substitute any one. I get Reptiworms from Reptiworm.com. It's like 150 for 11$. Not many of the petshops in my area have anything other than crickets so I online order all my food. Remember to order as many as you will use in around 2-3 weeks unless you got a wine or beer chiller around cause they will turn into flies. After about 2 weeks, i'd start opening the container outside.

Alright I would order online but we've got a bunch of petshops near us and my parents don't allow me to order anything online. They prefer to just go to the store.

Check if any of your pet shops can order it in for you. Many of the smaller 'mom and pop' stores will happily do such to gain a loyal customer.
