Reptiworms.com problems?

Hi-

Has anyone had any trouble with Reptiworms.com since last Wed 10/12?

I know they had some issues prior and had sent out an email for a PROMO CODE SORRY20. I ordered a large order last Wed 10/12 by 11:30am EASTERN, well before their cut off time for shipment, which is 12pm Pacific. I planned to get the order by Friday for the weekend. No order has arrived, though payment was confirmed on their site & via paypal. I have emailed them 2x from their web site and 3x from the email address I had for them. NO RESPONSE. I know many of us use Reptiworms on this site as I have a ton of times. ANYONE else having this problem?

Any insite and good alternatives for a "phoenix" worm web site that they can count on, would be great. Have to now buy crickets & some temporary wax worms from Petco due to this, which is not a primary food we like to give our hungry little one.

I placed an order with them last week, Monday 10/10 in the afternoon and received my worms on Thursday. So no problems at that time.

I would call them. I had a DOA order awhile back, emailed and got no response, so I called and they sent out another free of charge.

Thanks!....I FINALLY did hear from them in the last 1/2 hour and it seemed there was an error with my order going out. Guess calling them would be the best approach if there is ever an issue (I did try over the weekend but probably after hours). Thanks so much for responding!
