Could anyone look at this UV bulb on Ebay for me and tell me if they are better that the long strip UVs that I am currently using such as the Repti-glo 10.0??

Are you using a repti-GLO now? If so you will want to swap it out asap - in fact, even turn it right off, your beardie will be ok without UV for a couple days. Repti-GLO are known for causing eye and health problems.

Also, this bulb appears to be a compact, which are also no good.

Don't use any compact which that one is a compact. Or any coil, ESU, or reptiglo your best bet is to use the reptisun 10.0. flourescent tube.
