Hello,

You will normally not want to use calcium with D3 when using the stronger Mercury vapor bulbs but use it with the tube bulbs. You can switch out the use of the regular calcium and the calcium with D3. Alternating days would be fine, as well if you are concerned with overdosing on the calcium with D3.

I plan on giving the calcium with D3 3 days a week, regular calcium 2 days per week, and then his multivitamin 2 days per week. This sound good to you?
