is it worth it to go to the reptile show on the second day? i can not attend the first day because of work and was thinking of all the cost of getting into the show which i have to pay (gas-1hr drive one way, tickets for 4 people, and food). will i still be able to find good discounts?

I was thinking of attending this show, however I live in Arizona. Is it really the worlds largest reptile show, and it is worth my time and money to make the trip?

I went to the one in San Diego not all that long ago...also touted as the worlds "largest", and I was completely underwhelmed. Not to mention I walked away feeling bad for some of the critters there. Unless you are specifically looking for something that you absolutely know is going to be there and can't get it anywhere else, then just take a pass.

Hum I really wanted to go to the show but maybe I'll wait for next yrs show and plan other things to do. LA is a 6 hr drive for us plus I would want to stay the night I think. That's a lot of money spent on a trip if the show isnt worth it.

I went last year and the show in my opinion was successful, it was my first reptile expo but ive been to numerous saltwater expos and bird expos and the LA show was super nice. I will be there on Saturday with the hopes of purchasing an adult male and female bearded dragons.

Does anyone know how much beardies go for ($prices$) at these shows?

Ive noticed, you get the best prices possible at these shows, sometimes people will wheel and deal with you so its better for consumers. You get to examine the dragon before purchase and also get to possibly lower the price from the breeder.

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
Getting ready for another day. Feeling sleepy. 😴
