Reptile carpet or tile??

I have a beardie, Darwin. He's super healthy and I want him to stay healthy, of course. I currently use reptile carpet for him, but it's a pain to clean every week and I heard that bacteria tend to grow in it. I'm considering tile since it can be spot cleaned. I just wanted to know which is better, any help is appreciated :) thank you!

Hi there,

I agree I like tile much better. Definitely super easy to keep clean.

I too use tile w/ paper towels under it to catch the watery poo etc--- it is very easy to keep clean -

I paid $2.99 /tile -- you haft to have it cut to the size of the tank --

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
