repti sun 10.0 uvb compact cfl

Ok when I first bought my setup I was recommended a compact cfl, well after reading here its obviously not the right choice. Now my tank is almost complete and I never made room for a tube style t5 fixture. Now my question is that will my cfl plus a t8 uvb 5.0 be sufficient until i can get my light and fit a fixture into the tank? How long of a time does it take a dragon to suffer from lack of proficient lighting? Im going to jump on this issue asap but its going to take a few days.

You are better off not using the bulb at all.

Believe it or not, no uvb at all is better than being under a CFL. You can take your dragon outside daily too, that would be better.

Which tube bulb are you planning to get? The reptisun 10.0 is a t8 bulb not a t5.

I was planning on using the arcadia 34" bulb, the d3+ t5 ho bulb http://www.lightyourreptiles.com/ard3t534in39.html

I think 1 should be sufficient in his tank unless someone can explain to me why I would need a 2 bulb fixture.
