Repti-Carpet?

How are you supposed to clean repticarpet? i know how to disinfect it and everything when it is outside the cage, but when the carpet is in the cage and my beardie has a bowel movement, should i wait a couple days and just take out the carpet, clean it, etc. or is there a way i can get the poop out, because the tank looks pretty bad if i leave it in there

When I used to use the repticarpet I would pick up the poop(with tissue or papertowel) after my beardie went. Then I would use an antibacterial wipe to better clean the spot.

I also just use a tissue to pick it up, then once a month I take it out and wash it with a little bleach and just let it air dry.
