Reptarium Caging

I'm looking around for a cage, and saw the reptarium cages. They are mesh with a frame basically. You can flip them horizontally and vertically. Also there are special trays that cover the bottom. Would they work for a beardie? They're cheaper and whatnot, so if they're good it would make sense to buy them if they would suit beardie needs. I'm on a tight budget and my father and I haven't found any good cages on craigslist.

I don't have an answer to your question (though a custom built viv, or an aquarium looks like it'd be better and hold up longer), however bumping the thread every 10-20 minutes isn't going to do much good. It's a Saturday, many people are not online and are out doing stuff.

They are great cages, for outdoors. They are screen, and dont hold heat at all, and therefore make terrible full time cages. I do own the 65 gallon one though, as a temporary holding tank and an outdoor tank on nice summer days. But again, you could NOT use one as a full time tank.

Like stated above by the beautiful bambichik, Only use as a temporary or outdoor enclosure... Full time is a no go. It will not hold heat well and your beardie will eventually destroy it lol.
