Reptar vanished...then appeared again!

Last month I went in to check on Reptar before I went off to work. I switched on his day light and looked inside, but no Reptar. I began to pick up the wood pieces in his tank, but there was still no Reptar. I moved his bowls and sifted his sand to no avail. Reptar was gone! So I did what any good beardie mom would do; I ripped apart the entire room looking for him! My rats were looking at me like I had gone crazy as I turned the couch over and dug behind every piece of furniture. I called my fiance to tell him that Reptar was missing. He told me to stop searching and just go to work. As much as I hated to do it, I did leave because I had just started a new job at a school. At lunch, I got a call from from my fiance.

Him: "I found Reptar..."
Me: "WHERE?!?!"
Him: "Maybe you should get your eyes checked, honey. Reptar is in his cage."
Me: "NO WAY! I swear he was not in there when I looked!"

So my little Houdini did a disappearing act just to scare me! For the record, he has never vanished since!

The beardie cloak of invisibility. Spike often has "hidden" in plain sight. You are searching and walk by her several times before: "THERE you are!"

Aiden did this to me the first night that he was home. I woke up the next morning almost in tears because I could not find him! And there was no way he could have escaped! Ends up that he was sleeping up in a corner of his hidey hole just where I couldn't see him no matter what angle I was looking at. Scared the living daylights out of me. :|

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
