Reptaid made it worst?

So, a few days ago, my beardie Juan was eating pretty good, and having some regular and formed poop everyday. But his poop smelled some, and my wife was complaining about it. I guessed it could be parasites maybe. So since we are not in a financial situation which allows us to bring Juan to the vet I decided to buy a little kit to do the fecal myself, along with a mini microscope that can reach 100x zoom, enough to see pinworms and big quantities of coccidia. After doing 2 fecals I didn't find any parasites, but the poop still smelled (not that filled the house with smell, but if you stuck your nose in the tank you definitely could smell it).
So then, since I didn't want to experiment with the poor Juan, and give him panacur or albon if I wasn't 100% sure about the parasites I decide to give him Reptaid. I read a lot about it (including all the thread here) and I thought that it would be good since it helped also in a lot of things other than parasites.
Here is the problem: After I started him with Reptaid his appetite went down a bit, he still eats a little of salad as always, and much less dubias. His poop became more "runny" or at least not a "trunk" but a pile with some water around. Still smelly. Sometimes he poops twice a day and the second is the normal, or the formed one.
I give him soy yogurt every other night for the gut flora. I'm not done yet with the treatment. Tomorrow will be the 10th day of the 1st round.

Any thoughts?

Reptaid isn't as easy on the system as people make it out to be. It still does have some pretty harsh things in it.

While my girl was on it I was having to give daily 20 minute soaks just to keep her hydrated on it.

The soy yogurt should be helping to get the appetite back. But it is strange, the reptaid actually increased my girls appetite and it is doing the opposite to yours.

Curiously, how are you dosing it?

Poo will always be smell, there isn't anything you can do to it to make it smell good. When the poo smells so bad that you can smell it just from walking into the room, thats usually a sign of parasites. But if you have to stick your nose in it to smell it, I wouldn't be too worried about that.

Thanks for answering Brandon.

I'm injecting the dubias with the suggested dose. Juan is 120 gr so from the chart I give him 0.1 ml. I usually give him the Reptaid on the morning and the soy yogurt at evening, so at that time the Reptaid effect worn off and the good gut flora doesn't get compromised as much.
I read about people here saying that if your dragon DOES NOT have parasites you could stick the poop up to your nose and not smell anything, I read that from several members here, so I assumed that that was the "normal."

I've never had a dragon where I could put their poo up to my nose without it smelling bad. And I know these are dragons without parasites

Haha, well I think I'm got misled then. But do you think that Reptaid could actually make him get parasites?

I know some greens make my beardies poo smell worse like roman (no longer a food for them EEEwwwww) might want to change up the greens to something different for the smell, i have 2 drags both have done the reptaid thing both had watery stuff in their poo while on it, but i also had to feed babyfood at the time and there poo wasent very smelly (it is poo after all) I do agree with the soaking though i also had to soak mine more often while on it to keep them hydrated. Good luck

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
