Relocation Stress

So i maybe am asking quite a few questions on here but am new too this so need too be doing it right....

I've had my Beardie about a week and a half now and he still seems to have very dark stress marks which i'm putting down too relocation stress as my setup seems okay i did have too change his set up about a week ago as he had sand in it which i quickly removed once i heard what could happen...

When i bought him the store said he was 14 weeks old but he seems pretty small for that age so now he would be 16 weeks (4 months) does this size look about right?? He doesnt eat anywhere near the 20-60 bugs 3 times a day people say he should be eating i can get him too eat about 20-30 a day. If i let him only eat as much as he could for 10-15 mins he would probably only eat about 2-3 of them. Has anyone experienced this or can offer any help.

Is there anything in the room that could be upsetting him? Other pets, loud sounds or can he see his reflection?

Relocation stress is very common in beardies and some take up to a month to settle out from it. This can include not eating, sleeping alot, black marks, temperament.

Just to confirm can you tell me what your temps are and how you are reading them (What kind of thermometer you have).

Where does he spend most of his time in his tank?

I wouldnt say there is anything that could upset him he's situated in the living room but there isnt much traffic going past or pets or loud noises. As for his reflection i dont think he can see himself either...

The relocation stress could be whats bothering him with his eating and his stress marks, well i hope thats all it is :?

I've got a thermostat set up in middle of Vivarium and got an exoterra digital thermometer each side of the Viv aswell, his basking area (changes positions on the log all the time around the lamp) is anywhere between 40-43 degrees and mid section of tank is about 30-33 going to the colder end of about 24-27 degrees
Spends a lot of his time basking directly under the light or round about and will move closer too the middle of tank for short periods in between of when he's chasing a cricket/hopper.
He's happily handled and will sit and chill for 5-10mins at a time. Also we try and bathe him every second day and he seems too like the water now.

Your temps all seem to be fine. I just asked because they can go really dark when trying to absorb heat, you might want to bump your basking area to 43 degrees, the younger the dragon the hotter they like it.

Other then that I would say to just give him some time to settle in. Maybe give him a few days without handling to adjust.
