Spike is just now 7 months old. He has a very distinct opinion on what he eats when. Pellets and greens in the morning so he can munch all day. Then he gets his pheonix worms at night. He refuses live food in the morning, too much work maybe. I am not TOO worried about the calcium because he gets the pheonix worms, but a little. I try to dust the worms and he won't eat them. I dust the salad, he won't it. Same with the pellets. I dusted pellets earlier today and sprayed them so they lost the dusty look, he still turned his nose up a them. SO I am a little worried that he may not be getting enough calcium. How often should he get it at this age? And is there any other form of calcium such as drops or something, that I could mix with the pellets when I wet them or something like that? He is picky. Loves what he loves as long as yo provide it when he wants it. lol

ok pheonix worms dont actually need coating in calcium powder as they are actually high in calcium by themselves. and you can actually get liquid calcium. my first bearded dragon once day decided she wouldnt eat anything with calcium powder on, but would with liquid calcium on

I actually just got home from Petco and found the calcium drops. I had a little travel spray bottle I put it in and now can spray on his pellets. Perfect! I misted his salad with it, too and he chomped it up. His appetite isn't nearly what I see some reporting as he eats maybe 15-20 phoeonix worms a night (he will eat enthusiastically, but then walks away and is clearly done). I end up putting quite a few worms back after about 15 minutes. SO I was just concerned that he wasn't getting ENOUGH calcium. The spray seems to solve that problem, so hopefully he is ok. He is grumpy this week because he is shedding, I think. SO has been off his food a bit. I feel much better now, though.

I just set Swordtail's timer for his bath and paused it so I could actually fill his soaking bowl up and he crawled over my phone and canceled the timer 🤣
Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
