red worms and nightcrawlers

So, has anyone feed either of the above to their Beardie? I am looking for some cheaper worm options. I would only buy them from feeder sites of course... not the ones meant for gardens.

I figured I'd find out if anyone had tried these before first.

have never tried em, have you tried Supers? Your dragon should be around 16 inches before feeding em

yea, mine is still only 12 to 13" It's hard to measure her since she does have a crooked tail. I need to start stuffing her more since she hasn't grown much since I got her. I am assuming she isn't a severely stunted adult (got her from a petstore).
