Red Wigglers? For Baby Bearded Dragon

Just wondering if their known for parasites and other bad stuff, and is it okay to feed it to my baby bearded dragon? I got it from a non-chain pet store.

I guess it depends on how they are raised. I've heard that most of nightcrawler/earthworm types are raised on compost, and they would carry parasites.
