Red spotted tongue?

I noticed today that Simon's tongue has a deep redness towards his throat and spotted towards the front. From what I remember it's supposed to be pink? This worries me.. His poo has been excessively liquid lately and he always hangs his mouth open even outside of his cage. I'm taking a poo sample back to the vet monday, but this worries me. His appetite hasn't really changed, but I did add some things to his diet, but everything was given a green light to given by people here and the vet... I've taken away his Mustard greens and collard greens because I got the adice here that it could give him runny poo. Could Hornworms or supers give him runny poo? He doesn't seem to be acting the same too. Should I give him something until I can get him to the vet?

I don't hear anything, I've heard a few random noises and I thought he was wheezing once or twice but normally there is no sound...

I know pictures are always helpful, so here are some:

Granted he is young here, but I don't have any recents of his mouth being open

I did notice, I actually got a picture of him with his mouth open on April 30, and I saw some redness.

I took some poo to the vet again and he goes in to be poked and prodded tomorrow. He keeps trying to poo on me when I have him out.. He hasn't eaten much either...

Thank you! Simon went to the vet today, Doc said his poo was just plain boring, no extra things that shouldn't be there. Of course his tongue is back to normal the day I go to the vet. It was red from 4/23 until yesterday or today. Just to be on the safe side since his food is still coming out undigested with a good basking temp he gave me Enrolfloxacin once daily for 10 days just to be on the safe side. He's gone from 140g to 241g in a month! He seems OK but I'll just have to keep an eye on him.

I hope his tongue continues to look normal. I couldn't figure out the spots. Wonder if his tongue was irritated from something? I know that my vet gives me extra vitamins when one of my dragon's tongues looks "pale."

Collard and mustard greens are 2 staple, recommended feeders. They do not cause a loose stool. The hornworms are very liquidy, so that was what probably caused the loose stool. Great news on the boring poo! :D

Mirage came out of brumation on April 26. He was doing great. On May 2 he started acting funny. We just redid his tank, and he keeps going into one of his hides. He just lays there. He shows no intrest in food. HELP!
is tape safe for fixing something in my leopard geckos hide?
Day 3 of brumation. It's a struggle. I really miss my little guy. 😔
Mirage entered brumation yesterday, I'm gonna miss hanging out with my little guy.
