Red patches that look like blood on rescue beardie

I got a beardie from my friend who rescued him from a neglectful home he has a kink in his tail, he’s twitching quite a bit and he walks funny but he also has what looks like patches of blood I have no clue what there from as he hasn’t been near another beardie or any animal that could hurt him I’m gonna get him to the vets ASAP but I don’t get paid for a few more days oh and he has clogged femoral pores any advice on how to loosen them up I’m bathing him and rubbing them with a toothbrush to try and loosen them but it’s not doing much

Please review his set up ---------- the twitching doesnt sound good -- we need to know what his basking temps are and how your taking them along w/ what kind of UVB you are using --- brand a bulb please

I’ve got an Arcadia 12% uvb bulb his temps on the cool side are around 85f and his basking side is 97-100f I measure the temps with a temp gun and digital thermometers and I have a thermostat that keeps the temps in range hes in a 4 foot viv and at the minute I’m using a daylight basking bulb for heat it’s 70w my friend that rescued him also mentioned that they think he has MBD but we won’t know for sure until he gets to the vets later this week oh and I use these bulbs and same temps for my other beardies and they are healthy and happy this beardie didn’t have a UVB light before he was rescued and he was in a 2ft viv with a ceramic bulb before hand and was barely fed the poor little guy and he’s approximately 5 years old

Ok so that would maybe explain the twitching and if he was w/ out UVB I am guessing hes got MBD-- the vet your taking him to is a reptile vet and have you had experience w / this vet? So for those patches that you think are blood some body else will haft to look and see what they think they are - but for the most part your doing what you can for him as far as the UVB etc... is he getting around ok and is he eating ok?

He’s struggling to see his food but is eating fine if I hand feed him and he’s able to get around but is sort of limping and keeps turning his head towards his tail and having a like spasm and then carry’s in like nothing happened and yes the vet is good I’ve been to them multiple times with my snake and beardies
