Red mark on foot

Ive been using this site for years but have never posted here before seeing has I have had no issues with my beardies, but today when I took diesel outside to bask in the sun i noticed a faint red mark on his foot.

I saw some things about red dots and spots on other bardies when i looked online to see what it could be but his is only in this one spot. Should i be concerned and is there anything i can do to help him? He doesnt seem to feel any pain when I touch it and hes not limping or anything like that. My assumption is that he just banged his foot or got it caught on something in his cage but i would like to be sure that hes ok. Any information would be helpful

It looks kind of bright. More like a stain or marking than a wound. I would try to rinse it off with warm water and see what happens.

He did have raspberries in his salad today.... lol so youre are probably right. Unfortunately im not home right now so i cant wash it and check but he often walks through his food dish so chances are its just that. Didn't even think of that and am feeling pretty stupid right now lol
